If you are not satisfied with a compatible supply product for any
reason, you may return opened and partially used products within 30 days
of purchase for a free replacement or refund. No restocking fees apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Supplies being returned for
customer dissatisfaction are limited to one set of opened products; all
other returned products must be unopened. To return a product, you can
call, mail or email us. All returns to Forbes Inkjet require
approval along with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. An RMA
can be obtained by contacting us. Non-Defective Products If you order
the wrong product: As long as the product is in the original, unopened
package, we will take it back or exchange it for you within 45 days of
purchase. In these situations, shipping charges are non-refundable and
